This is where new digital business models can be used to steal financial data (carding), make illegal financial transfers (loot boxes), disrupt or manipulate data (phantomware for sales suppression) and execute any other unlawful actions (fraudulently intercept/bypass signal transmissions). We offer specialised services to investors and clients looking to deal and invest at the Nairobi Securities Exchange. We advise and defend clients in a wide range of securities offered by the Kenyan Capital Market - and derivatives related matters, and provide comprehensive regulatory, transactional, enforcement and litigation solutions in matters involving securities and custody chains. As our area of focus we advise on the regulatory aspects of the transactional work that is required to deal with securities and to have the securities listed, we offer compliance counselling, conduct investigations and examinations, advice on financial reporting and disclosures, assist with bank/broker-dealer integration, and draft the requisite transactional documentations for listing our client company at the securities exchange.
