Conducted a UNDP led mission to Tashkent to train Ministry of Economy Planning and Finance and the State Tax Committee on aligning tax policy with the SDGs and curbing IFFs. During the mission I also supported them on eliminating double taxation with respect to Islamic financial instruments.
Conducted a UNDP led mission to Beirut to train Ministry of Finance and Tax and Customs on assessing the extent to which their tax system enables income and wealth inequality and support them in developing new tax measures to achieve SDG 10- reducing inequalities.

Wrote several technical reports for UNECA to guide policy making on the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation, inputs towards the FfD4 process and priorities to implement following the second commitee meeting of African member states on economic governance.
Developed 5 modules on Good Governance and Transparency in Taxation for HAUS to train African policy makers, civil servants and CSO.
Developed 5 modules on Taxing the Digital Economy to build capacity of African Union Member States
Wrote a technical report for UNICEF on “Automation, Income, and Employment: Rethinking Taxation Domestically for Children’s Future”
Contracted to conduct mixed methods research on the extent of implementation of the AU Convention on Prevention and Combating of Corruption with specific evaluation on beneficial ownership, assess recovery, access to information and whistleblowers protection in the context of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
